Doesn't work with soap
This extension works great. But after installation SOAP stopped working. When you try to get any info, SOAP gives an answer with the following text "looks like we got no xml document". After uninstallation process, SOAP start working again

In our case this caused a single line comment to cancel out the code afterwards, and stop customers from adding to cart.
This was easily fixed by removing the comment, but if you use this plugin, please please make sure your semicolons are after every line just in case.

// Trim each line
//$allHtml = preg_replace('/^\\s+|\\s+$/m', '', $allHtml);
You will less compression. But its still better than having no compression.
If anyone has any better solution please share.

Does what it says...but
The extension installed successfully through magento connect. I cleared cache, logged out and back in again. It was there under the developer section of the configuration as stated.
After loading a few pages and looking at the source i could see that they were minified. So the extension seems to work as designed.
Unfortunately for me I had an issue with my jquery / ajax items. They stopped working when the page was minified. I verified that it was not this extension causing a problem by mnifying the pages via another tool. I think this is because of something being loaded in the page itself. I didn't troubleshoot beyond that.
As a side note, google pagespeed did not seem to noticed that the pages where minified even though you could clearly see that the html was by looking at the page source.
Bottom line, the extension works as promised. Just be careful if you're using jquery / ajax on your pages as they might not like be minified.
