Broke my admin, so uninstalled
This extension on 1.9 broke my admin, when trying to acces System/Configuration, I got an error message.
Fixed it by uninstalling it. No use to spend hours looking for a solution if it doesn't function out-of-the-box.

simple but effective
I tried two extensions before this one. One was heavy on the code and i was told to avoid it by my website developers. The other was just dumb. Support was crazy. I wish i could name them and let the world know how horrible they are.
Finally i installed flexible pricing on 1.9.1. There were some problems but the extension developers spent a lot of time putting everything right and making sure it was working like it said on the tin. They even made some changes for me Free of Charge.
The BelVG team surpassed all my expectations. The extension works very well on my store which has over 15K products. This is a brilliant extension which when used can tie up customer loyalty.
i have no qualms about thi extension or the BelVG team. Keep it up guys. Thank you.

i installed the extension and it did not worked.
then i noticed that my current language is changed to english.
i could not uninstall the extension.
then i wrote to the support and they told me that they cannot give support and send me tutorial and a link for a usd40 payment if i need support.
i can buy another extension to the half support fee and get a full support.
many free extensions that i install gave me unlimited support.
if you don't want to deal then don't add such not working extensions.

Revision of my prior review
I have previously written a very poor review of the extension, as after working for almost three weeks (25 November - 15 December 2014) working with the developer on the PAID installation of the extension my patience snapped when the (production) store was left disabled over a long weekend (the busiest in the year). An error in the installation had disabled my customers from logging into their accounts. I reported the error to the developer on Friday, left a very poor review on Magento Commerce on Sunday and the developer fixed on Monday.
We also had very abnormal shop performance during the installation period, with server load spiking and queries being 3-5 fold of the normal load.
Since the last fix of the developer I've had no more issues with the extension and yes, I find it very helpful. It works like a charm and there is no abnormal server load any longer. This is why I'm revising my review.
Still I think the paid installation of the extension could have gone a lot smoother. However when I (finally) talked to the extension developer on Monday 15 December he was very knowledgeable and helpful. All is fixed and all is well.

Not what I had hoped
I had problems installing the free extension so I paid for the installation of the extension. At first it took about 4 working days for the developer to be able to log into my admin. Mainly because it takes about 12 hours for a response to most emails. Then the extension did not work when installed. This was fixed after another 2-3 days. My webmaster at that time reports query loads and server load to have multiplied and are spiking. Some loads are up 3x the value others even higher. We test by turning of the extension and back on for four hours at a time and confirm. I ask the developer to address this issue. They turn the extension on and off for 10 minutes and claim it is not true. I prevail. Now I'm supposed to Skype the developer about the issue. In the interim my customers report that they no longer can log into their accounts the regular way AND I can no longer edit their accounts. I test with my own log-in as a customer and can confirm, I also can no longer log in as a customer. Nor can I edit my account--it remains locked.
