Poor support and functionality
We installed Ultimate Live Chat last week. After following the installation guide exactly and with the chat feature not functional, I contacted ULC's support staff via chat, of course. I was told that the user guide I followed was all that they have available and that particular support member did not have any experience with Magento, nor was anyone available for further assistance. Unfortunately, I am still unable to make the product work at all. In addition with chatting to ULC, I have also opened support tickets and have asked a questions on the Q&A section on this page; neither of which have yet been responded to. So far I am very unimpressed with the support, i.e. lack of contact. However, I am being reminded daily that the trial period is about to expire - silly.
