We're in the middle of testing this service on our staging site. We found some issues with setting up the pro active chat invite and the response time for our questions has been slow (due to the provider being in Europe which is not their fault but makes it quite difficult to get this tested and running in a timely fashion).
Will add another review when we get this working as it should.

This does exactly what we were looking for. Easy to install, easy to manage live chat with customers on our site. We're able to answer people's questions and stop them leaving the site. We've learned some great insights by just chatting directly with our customers. The feedback and contact form are a great bonus, and above par for this type of tool. Thoroughly recommended.
