Great extension. Installed fine, no errors, works great except one thing.
I imported the shipping rules but they aren't functioning correctly. The way I have it setup items from 0-$499.99 ship for $15, $500-$999.99 for $20, $1000-$3998.99 for $30 and $3999 and up for $45.
When I test it in the shopping cart it seems to skip the first rule and immediately use the $500-$999.99 for $20 rule, even though the item cost/total cost is less than $500.

I LOVE THIS EXTENSION! - one thing to remember, you need to set your Magento Connect to 'Beta' when trying to download and install this extension using ver 2.0 otherwise it will tell you the extension is not found.. seems like common sence but it had me stumped for a while after my fresh install of 188.8.131.52 - (WORKS GREAT BTW!)

I have Magento community 184.108.40.206 and installed it, works great when checking out as a guest. Trying to do free shipping over 54.99 up to 349.99 (price vs. weight) and setup 0 as cost which works good for guest but when checking out with a login or multiple address it adds a cost to the shipping when it shouldn't. I have standard rates up until $350 then from there it's a percentage which is what gets displayed automatically no matter what's in your cart when logged in or multi address. So when checking out while logged in only truely calculates shipping based off of the percentage no matter what, which also discounts the next day air saver which is a problem... Thoughts? Help?
