Support of this plugin - there is no support
Well. First we spend 2 hours trying to buy the plugin and got help from their livesupport.
After they fixed their issue with payment processed, we got the plugin and installed it.
Afterwards we installed it we emergently spotted a problem that our images in feed wasn't coming.
I ask Wyomind if they could take a 5 minit look, but then it will cost us 150EURO they said.
I laught, and ask one of our own devolopers, 1,5 minit after it was fixed..
Later i ask small things of bugs, but got a standard reply that they refer to their guideline..
So far we bought over 200 different plugins for different sites.
We never used Wyomind, and can't recommend it.
Support of their own plugins are very important.

Excellent Extension,top class support
The product work just as it is stated to work. I am very pleased with it.
I had an issue in my site which was no fault of the software but the guys fixed it for me.
Their response time was fast it caught me by surprise most of the time they would be waiting on me to respond.
Excellent Service with a great product.

Works on Magento 1.9
Works with the default theme.
You need to copy layout/qtyswitcher.xml and template/qtyswitcher/qtyswitcher.phtml from the default to your template to make it work.

As indicated by an user you should put Mage_Adminhtml_Block_Catalog_Product_Grid into the extension configuration to make it work.

Same as other customers, this extension doesn't do anything even with the default template.
I use also the Argento template and it is also same... :(

Absolutely perfect after sales support
I cannot comment personally on the functionality that this module delivers, but I perform management of server infrastructure and overall magento updates for a client who swears by this module.
Recently we have performed an upgrade from Magento 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52. This required some modification to the overall file structure of the magento store to get everything functional after the upgrade.
As we were about to flip the switch and go live my client noticed this module was not functioning as expected in the admin area.
I contacted Wyomind support, Sunday afternoon, and received a response very quickly from a helpful member of their support team who worked with me to find the cause of the problem.
Given access to the admin backend and only app/code/local/Wyomind the support rep was able to find out exactly where the problem was and guided me to fixing it.
I cannot commend enough the after sales support provided by Wyomind and this alone justifies the cost of this module in my opinion.

Best support ever
Having used this product for a while now, its always been 100% rock solid. When I have hit a problem as I did yesterday, a quick email to the guys brings a swift response and after granting access, they found a fixed the issue within minutes! (and I have to say it was down to me not the product).
Many times a day, this product runs and generates many feeds for tens of thousands of our products without missing a heartbeat.
Thanks for the product and thanks for the ongoing excellent support!

Google Trusted Shops
Found this extremely useful in cleanly and simply automating the Google Certified/ trusted Shops implementation.
This extension worked out of the box and was simple to install.
Further - where I did have questions the support received from Wyomind continues to be first class.

Extension does not have CDN support
If you have CDN and has base url for the media changed in the config, this extension will override those settings such that media will no longer be served over CDN but direct from your server.

Top Notch Support
I'd left an earlier review about Data Feed Manager extolling the positives of the extension, and wanted to follow up with another review regarding support.
I was running into an issue getting my feeds to appear correctly in Google Merchant Center and after a few hour of frustration decided to contact support.
They immediately responded to my email and within a short period of time helped identify the problem; nothing to do with the extension, just an operator error on my part regarding entering the correct information in GMC.
It was not really their problem, but they went the extra mile and walked through the issues with me and I now have my feeds up and running in Google Shopping.
Excellent extension. Great support!
