Customer support is virtually nonexistent
I rarely write a review. I hate to write a scathing review. Not this time. The first round of subscription processing worked which led me to believe it would continue to do so. It didnʻt. Five failed subscriptions in a row, three emails to the developers, zero response. A $389 license, $140 a month plus a percentage of each recurring subscription is pretty insane anyway, but Iʻm now processing orders manually and weʻve missed those five order delivery dates.
When a subscription reorder is generated one would expect a Magento order to be created at the same time. Nope. So how do we know to even deliver? We donʻt.
It was the only game in town and apparently that game has left town as well.
Do not buy, save your money, or get it back if youʻve already spent it.

Kount Fraud Prevention Software
While Kount did not encompass Authorize directPost payment gateway, it did utilize Authorize's regular API and we were able to almost completely stop the fraud on our websites. We were above a 30% fraud rate and with the help of Kount's rules and VIP lists, we are at about a 3% fraud rate now. Awesome job Kount and thanks for the excellent customer and service support!

Kount is Useful, Extension is ... OK
First let me say we run CE v 1.7.x (at time of install) and were looking for a Fraud Control Solution.
We came across Kount and after speaking with the sales rep decided to move forward with installation. The cost is a bit extravagant. We agreed to $4k to execute the agreement and a min of $500/ month in "Risk Inquiries". We were promised the extension would work for admin orders taken over the phone as we saw an increase of fraud orders that were "called in". Unfortunately, the extension only works for online orders once installed. That is unless you transpose order info to the frontend of the website. So, Kount agreed to send us to a developer "Intellect Labs" for customization.. This cost $2500 and took a total of 10 days to complete (even though the owner said it would take "a couple hours" in the initial contact email).
Once properly setup (rules, whitelists and blacklists), Kount's system is stellar. It stops orders which are marginal so they can be reviewed manually. Additionally it makes it easy to refund/cancel those orders by simply declining those orders in Kount.
The extension could be better if it were a deeper integration where you didn't need to go to Kount's site. Basically, this extension only communicates with kount's platform. All order memo's and status changes carry over to Magento, but need to be made in Kount's interface.
Now when an update comes out, you need to customize the extension all over again. I keep telling myself this is an investment, but it feels like Intellect Labs is gouging. Maybe Kount can have SFC consulting build the "Admin Order" functionality into the extension.

Great Developer Support with this extension
Our team purchased and implemented this extension in the launch of our new website. It's great, does everything as described. We did have some questions and their developers were able to login immediately and help us out. They also went above and beyond in keeping us in the loop on its updates and considered our input for further improvements in future versions.

We purchased and had our developer install this module for us. We then, with the help of Chris @ SFC, were able to quickly get it up and running with Authorize.net. SFC's support was super quick and helpful even when the issue was my lack of experience with Authorize.net. It took me about 15 min to figure it out from there and customers seem to be happy. We have only had it for a short time but so far very happy with the product and support. Thank you SFC.

Great extension and company
We've bought and installed too many extensions to count and I have to say that Store Front Consulting has been the best with their customer service. They are super responsive and have had great follow up. We were about to build our own Saved Credit Card module when we happened upon SFC's extension. We were a little apprehensive about this relatively new extension but after talking to SFC's customer support, we decided to go for it. We encountered some conflicts when we first installed this Saved Credit Card extension because we already have so many other extensions installed on our site but SFC was great about helping us troubleshoot.
We have been so pleased with the Saved Credit Card extension that we are also looking into purchasing SFC's Subscribe Pro as well now.
