For 126.96.36.199 do what brascommerce says and it's all good
Just followed what brascommerce has said to do and it works with no problem except messing the CSS a bit which is fine given the free nature of extension.

This saves me from having to delete spam comments. Developer was quick to help me with a small issue of making captcha secure so my product pages would show secure padlock.
I would have gladly paid for this useful extension.

Great when you get it working
Follow bistian's guide below to the letter and it will work like a charm!
I moved my 'productreviewcaptcha' folder into the 'template' folder in my theme as I don't like playing with 'base' files - not sure if that it correct procedure or not but it works still!

For anyone with this problem in Magento 184.108.40.206
To fix the compatibility issue in Magento 220.127.116.11, follow the script:
1 - Edit the form.phtml file in app/design/frontend/base/default/template/productreviewcaptcha
2 - Find the tag
<form action="<?php echo $this->getAction() ?>" method="post" id="review-form">
3 - just below the tag insert the following snippet:
<?php echo $this->getBlockHtml('formkey'); ?>
4 - Save and send to the server. Clear the cache and turn off the compilation of your magento. If you use cache on the server level, you have to delete it also.
Sorry my bad english: p
