Requires Lots of Extra Work (Lots of Extra Fees) to Make it Functional
This design tool (they also sell it under different names to hide negative reviews) looks nice but not ready for deployment. Every request for missing feature will cost you an arm and a lag. You will end up paying thousands of dollars in extra fees to make it work as it should.
For example, there is no system in place to charge for customers' image upload. I was asked to pay a lot of extra money to get this feature (a basic feature).
Also, after I had more than 50 products in my design tool it loaded after about 40 seconds. No customer will wait that long. I asked to fix it and they charge me another huge amount.
I would strongly recommend to pick any other solution that is open source. This way you can find someone else who can do changes you may need without having to pay an arm and a lag for every request.

Extension works fantastic! Developer goes above and beyond.
Prior to purchasing this extension I had a team build something similar from scratch. The result was buggy, awkward and unusable. We called it quits polishing it after 3 months. This solution was as turn key as it comes. It was up and running after a week! It was beautiful and worked exactly like the sample.
I've been working on other parts of my site for 6 months now. When I came back to the designer and found a bug, Ashok, Kunal and the other members were right there to help, even though I had paid in full months earlier. I wish I worked with more developers as reliable as this team. 5 Stars.

Looks Good, Lot of Work, Not Good Communication
The basic designer could be a great idea. It works (BASIC, SUPER BASIC), but I would think some obvious things that should be there would be included.
There's a lot of customization that's involved so, it's not really ready to work once you buy it. There is a lot of integration onto you site that you would need to do.You have to either do it, pay someone or pay them. They charge for every little thing, or try to charge for every little thing.
Secondly, the response isn't very prompt or complete. You would have to repeat questions consistently to get a reply to them, however, they still may not be answered.
The after sales follow through is not very professional. They would make promises during the sales process, then when it comes time to implement certain things, they would not follow though.
If you have a large amount of products, you will have to spend a lot of time adding them.
It just ended up being more of a hassle and my sales rep left the company midway through my project and I had to work with another trying to explain what was promised. I spent $1800 and I don't even use it now. I wish I could use it, but I really don't even want to talk to this company any more.

No doubt it is a great software, but the value makes it impractical, since there cheaper solutions.
