Features
There are many ways for customer to earn points when they interact on your site
Review, tag products and poll: For these actions, there are some rules on the number of points customers can receive.
For purchasing actions, admins can freely set a fixed rate or special rules. Fixed rate can be each $10 spent gets 1 point. Special rule can be set for products and orders:
- + For some products, $10 equals to $2.
- + For order of $100, you get 10 points but for order of $200, you have 25 points.
Customers can also receive points when they refer your site, your products to their friends. There are many ways for customers to make referrals such as link, coupon. When there are clicks, visits, sales to your site through referrals, customers will get points.
Not only earn points, customers can spend points to pay for their order
Admins can freely set conversion rules from points to money.
- + Fixed rule can be 10 points redeemed for $1.
- + Special rule like in certain products, 10 points can be redeemed for $2. In shopping cart, spend 100 points equals to a discount of $10 but spend $200 equals to a discount of $15.
Point information is displayed in a lot of areas like My account, each activities, product page to encourage customers to earn and spend points.
You will have all information managed and processed efficiently with a good number of reports which are continuously updated such as number of loyal customers, points eared and spent, store sign-ups, newsletter subscription, etc.

To customers, gathering rewards point from buying activities will motivate them to make more sales. Why don’t set up one reward points system for web-store to enhance your customers’ good behavior – purchasing or inviting friends to your site? Customer reward module is completely customizable and helps you have an overview of reward balance of customers. This extension allows you flexibly exchange different units such as point, currency unit and click as you wish. Rewards system is also implemented with Referral program. Therefore, with Customer Reward, you can possess one of the most powerful tools for improving customers’ interaction and increasing sales rate.
