Hide Prices and hide Add to Cart buttons and disable direct orders in your Magento store
"Disable the Order functionality and or Hide prices for individual products. Simply manage the orderability and visibility of your prices per individual product, storeview, customer group or complete website. Optionally show price for registered customers. This extension gives you full control whether your products should show prices and add-to-cart buttons and which ones have their prices and/or Add to Cart button hidden."
To order or not to order, the choice is yours.
1. Any individual product - Enable or disable the order functionality per individual product
2. Visibility of prices - Hide or Show your product prices per individual product
3. Stores and websites - Hide "Add to Cart" button per product, storeview, store or website
4. Per customer group - Only show "Add to Cart" buttons and or prices for specific customers groups
When this product is combined with this Magento Quotation Extension, the following extra functionalities are also enabled.

Not2Order disables the order functionality and hide prices in Magento stores.
2011-02-25 20:38:16 Not2order adds the following extra options to the administration backend of Magento:
- Enable or disable the order functionality on a product per product basis- Hide or show prices when order functionality is disabled
In the front-end Prices and the Add to Cart button will be hidden:
- product overview- product pages- compare list- wish list- customer dashboard- quotation list (if combined with Cart2Quote)
Simply prevent your customers from seeing your prices when the order functionality is disabled. Enable or disable the order functionality for a product, storeview, store or complete website.
When this product is combined with the Quotation module Cart2Quote, the following extra functionalities are also enabled:
- Choose to show an "Add to Quote" button instead of the "Add to Cart" button- Show an "Add to Cart" and a "Add to Quote" button together- Show the "Add to Quote" button only and Hide the Price- Fall back to Quotation mode automatically, when a product is out of stock

I have received some support from the developer but it is slow. As well they use ionCube to encrypt the extension, so you can't even debug the problem yourself. My latest problem is I deactivated the extension in order to troubleshoot a shipping problem. When deactivated I cannot edit products, or my shipping methods. When I reactivate I can now edit the products, and shippng methods. So I am constantly turning it on and off. I probably wouldn't recommend either of the extensions at this point.
