Basic Translate
This extension will help you to translate your website to more then 50 languages using Google translation tool. In admin panel you can select languages you want to translate your site to or just disable this functionality.
This block is outputed in the template header.phtml. You can just move it whereever you want. Be carefull, the template header.phtml is overridden and after installing this extension the template for header will be googletranslate/html/header.phtml. Also the basic css is provided and it is called googletranslate.css. You can edit styles according to your website design. Made by QuartSoft

Googletranslate 10 10it is the badest Extensions i bought It broken my website. I remove it from my website immediately. It is a very bad attempt March 25, 2013Installed and promptly removed. Essentially this only adds the option on the front end for visitors to select what language to translate the site to. Would be nice if the module was able to be configured to set the desired languages for each store in the back-end. My site has been translated but every now and then some products come up with english words in the title which is what I was hopping this module would help achieve. November 29, 2012The extension is fine but produces bad errors, if used on encrypted connection sites like checkout, because it always loads google js via http and not https. June 11, 2012Here is how I got it to work with a custom theme: Copy the google translate files in app/design/frontend/default/default/layout and app/design/frontend/default/default/template and /skin/frontend/default/default/css to your custom theme. I am having a little trouble moving it around in Magento Classic template. It seems to have it's own container and rearranges all of the other containers in the header and looks funky. How can I move it to the body of the main page using Classic template or just above the search block would be good as well. Spent two days on this one.
