Customer Credits
Customer Credit Magento extension raises Magento based stores to a higher level of e-commerce business giving customers a pleasurable possibility to make “free of charge” purchases using money available in the account. The extension can also help to attract additional customer audience with the help of prepaid debit cards which can be automatically generated by a store admin or a sales manager. All operations and payment activity using Internal Credit balance are being logged for a customer and a store manager convenience.
Customer Credit operates as one of Magento payment methods, i.e. “Purchase Order” or “Check/Money order” etc. Customer Internal Credit balance is rechargeable. Money can be loaded either by admin or by store account owner using “Recharge Code”. However, admin has extended functionality for managing customers. He can replenish or charge customer balance and every operation can be additionally commented. On multi website Magento stores admin can manage customer balance independently for each website regardless of different currencies.
Customer Credit extension allows funds to be transferred to the customer’s internal balance in an instant manner instead of periodic need to create discount coupons. Auto generation of a large amount of predefined Recharge Codes significantly simplifies the gift certificates/debit cards creation process.

Partial Payments

Share Credits

Credit Rules
- Ability to create rules for automatic credits addition to customers' balances based on specific conditions:
- Customer attributes (orders amount history, registration date. Now it's easy to get credits when order's amounts (in sum) equals or greater than necessary amount. For example, you can create the rules with these conditions to give credits to every new customer or when customers get certain amount purchased (overall orders numbers). )
- Product attributes (SKU, name, price and many more. Now you can give credits for purchasing only specific products and etc. For example, if you want to give credits for purchasing only couple of products, you can create the rule with condition by SKU, write the message on your products page ("Buy this and get 100 credits") and motivate your customers to buy these products.)
- Customer Actions (you can give credits for review a product, tag a product, signup for a newsletter and Facebook Like (if Social Booster is installed). Moreover, you can specify the amount of reviews, tags and Likes your customers should achieve to get credits)
- Ability to mark a credit rule as one-time. It means that the rule will be applied only once for the current customer
Credit Reports
- Reports logs every action with credits at the site and displays it in the back-end
- Report is updated instantly
- Every action goes along with comments so that you will always know the details about every record
- Report displays the total amount of credits in the system
- Report displays the total amount of used credits
- Report displays number of customers with active credits and the percentage from the total number of customers at your site
