- Install Extension
- Make sure you choose which column to display in freeshippingincentive.xml (left/right)
- Make sure you have Free Shipping Enabled and a Minimum amount set (System>Configuration>Shipping Methods>Free Shipping)

Creare Free Shipping Incentive 8 8Can not see the admin interface The frontend part seems to work ok on 1.6.1.0, however the backend portion of the extension is not showing up anywhere. I ma trying to get it to display in every page in header but <reference name="header"> won't work. I think this is because of class Creare_FreeShippingIncentive_Block_FreeShippingIncentive extends Mage_Checkout_Block_Cart_Abstract in Freeshippingincentive.php.
