eCS CloudGento - CRM for eCommerce 4 4Does not work as suggested For the steep and recurring price... it does not works as described. Here are the flaws: 1. Outdated User Guide 2. Installation is not seamless. 3. After Installation sometimes Salesforce breaks, some times this extension. 4. No support for custom objects in Salesforce. 5. Customer support charges $300 per hour for installation support, if you can't install it yourself and map your objects. 6. The magento orders/customers/invoice sync is not realtime, it is based on recurring schedule May 12, 2013Carlo's Bakery suggests this sweet api! A friend recommended we try Cloudgento, so we did some research into the product. Almost immediately after we started to review it, we knew it was a necessity to move forward with our Salesforce launch. It just made complete sense, being able to host our eCommerce web store and having a complete sync with our customer management system. We cut costs of multi-platform training and increased productivity leading to lower customer wait times. The installation was a simple step-by-step process that was accompanied by screen shots and really made the whole process seamless for us. March 5, 2013Seamless Integration with Salesforce.com We use Salesforce.com to manage all of our customers, customer service and marketing efforts, so seamless integration with our Magento store is extremely important. CloudGento made that really easy for us and also saved us a lot of money on the actual Salesforce.com licenses that we use. We also didn't have to install anything into our Magento store, which was really nice because we were able to get it up and running quickly. It's definitely a complex CRM tool, but totally worth the effort once we understood how it worked. If you need a robust CRM solution for your business, then look no further than Salesforce.com + CloudGento!
