It look that this extension combines Fooman and MTurbo extensions to one.

My web agency wasn't able to speed up my Magento store so that I decided to try Nitrogento by myself and the result is pretty good, I just had to configure few options and now it's running well.

As Nitrogento's beta tester, I had the opportunity to test its capabilities for several months. Impressed, I bought it right out for my shop.
It was a great choice! Indeed, the sho is faster and the number of orders has increased since installation. It's the only major change that I've made

Just got astonishing results with Nitrogento !
Based on our benchmarks, a category listing professionnal edition get down to 112ms instead of 8 seconds (yes seconds) while activating the full page cache mechanism.
The extension save us about 8 hours of work on each projet doing simple things we were configuring by hand (css/js combine & minify, sprites, htaccess expire headers, etc.)
Worth every penny !

Our tests with Nitrogento (Free Trial) gave us very good results so far. The cache features are very simple to use and the page load time are far better. Our first load tests were also very good. The only drawback we saw: the CDN feature is not native with akamai or maxcdn and the sprite feature seems mainly to affect home only.
We also had trouble to activate JS minify feature but this was because we included them in the html and not the xml files, once corrected, everything went fine. We will buy it for our current project and I would definitely recommend it and we'll integrate this extension in all our future sites.
