After I installed this extension, I saw vendor name is testebizmarts. But I dont know username and password to login to test server in order to add my server IP. If I want to register new account for test, what should I do?
Can I use simulator account for test mode? I registered simulator account, but they just give me vendor name and password, has not username?Thanks in advance!

I'm experiencing an issue where, if a user has an item in their basket from a previous visit to the site, when they login during the checkout process and it is added to their basket, it doesn't connect to sage properly. The error is "basket totals do not match"

I'm using FORM.

Any ideas? Is this a known bug and if so is there a work around??

Please upgrade to latest release, that might help, we will be releasing a new version shortly that should fix this for good.

Also, BasketXML is only advised if you use ReD from Sage Pay, if not, default basket (Sage50) should be used.

after installing successfully in Magento Connect 2.0 (magento CE 1.7.x) I return to admin and get "There has been an error processing your request" page with the message:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'js_mag.sagepaysuite_transaction' doesn't exist
following by 21 lines in a trace. Cannot access admin at all, just get this page, what to do? Thankfully at least store front end remains active.

I know this might not be something you cover.

I am using a windows server, I have moved a working version of my site from a development server onto a live server I am getting this error

"404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

When I try and view the sage pay tab in the systm > configuration in the back end.

I have tried to re-install this using the extension key through magento connect manager and I am being shown this error

"Warning: Your Magento folder does not have sufficient write permissions."

I have seen some solutions online about making all folders writable, however I am uncomfortable doing that, I want to know if there is another solution to this problem, or which particular folders need those permissions.

#for magento 1.5+
find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \;
find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \;
chmod o+w var var/.htaccess app/etc

Hi,

We have installed the SagePay module and receive an error in payment processing when using Swift checkout or IWD checkout. When we revert back to the default sage multipage checkout then the Sagepay server integration mode works well.

The fault kicks up an exception log entry when onepage checkout is enabled.

Please could you advise on how to get around this issue?

Im afraid that we dont support all one step checkout modules out there, we support 100% and recommend One Step Checkout, we support IWD OnePageCheckout but is still a work in progress so issues can happen.

This is for both Sage Pay Suite PRO and Sage Pay Suite CE.

Hi,

I managed to solve my last problem by changing the server away from a windows server as suggested.

I have been asked the question

"We are using one account for Sagepay transactions and at the moment differentiate transactions by TX code, so our B&Q business TX codes start with B&Q, Argos with ARG, etc."

I'm struggling to see where I would set this/ where I edit the code to include this.

I was hoping there was a reoccurring payment facility available for the CE version. I notice there is a Reoccurring billing agreement for the SagePay Pro version and I'd like to have this for the CE version I've already configured.

Also if I really must have reoccurring payments, must I also purchase both: 1. SagePay Pro & 2. Sage Pay Suite Recurring.

OR can I just buy 2. Sage Pay Suite Recurring? and add on to my CE version?

Did you try clearing cache and then logout/login form your Magento Admin panel? This is a common issue when installing new extensions, most of the times it resolves the way I mentioned.

HI,

recently we installed Sage Pay into our magento website. But when we access Sage Pay under configuration, we get

404 Error

Page not found.

And when we try to access Sage Page Dashboard, We get the following error.
An error occurred: A valid <username> value is required. <vendor>: testebizmarts <user>:

We are using Magento ver. 1.6.0.0

Hi,

Have you tried logging out and log back in again?

Also, regarding the second error on the Dashboard, you will need to fill in your MySagePay credentials on Reporting & Admin config section on our module.

I have a critical problem.

Customer are charged 5-6 times for same order on sage pay.

Can you help me why its happening.

How I can solve this problem.
