Mobile Dashboard 27 27Thank you smile for this app. I have installed the extension with success and set up user and role at the backend. Installed the apps onto my iphone but when I tried to connect, I kept getting authentication failure (i.e. incorrect login detail which clearly I know I do it is correct). I am just wondering if my domain name might be causing the problem. I have set the site up in staging environment i.e. "brandname.staging.domainname.com" and because I am using IIS 6, therefore the server url on apps should be "brandname.staging.domainname.com/index.php" ? Can you clarify if I am doing it wrongly. I will appreciate if you can show me some light to this issue I am facing. Many thanks.
