I use authorize.net on my site. If I update the order and it updates the price, on save will it reauthorize the payment?

I am testing the demo link. For order 100000102, I try to create shipment #packing list# with shipment comment. However, error message shown "Cannot save shipment". Any problem with the demo?
Can I attached shipment comment to the PDF in invoice and packing list?
