Jirafe Analytics
Jirafe provides deeply integrated realtime ecommerce analytics for Magento merchants. The Jirafe dashboard displays highly actionable, easy to understand metrics about how your online business is running. The dashboard runs inside the Magento admin console, and can toggle to become your default dashboard in Magento.
In addition to the dashboard, a daily email can be configured to deliver yesterday's statistics, so that you always know your online store's performance even when you are away from your Magento admin console.
The dashboard contains the following information:
Summary Information
View your visits, orders, revenue, conversion %, AOV (average order value), and RPV (revenue per visit). This information can give you a great summary of your business at a glance.
Sales Funnel
See how your visitors become customers at 5 critical points in your application. Easily see when visitors leave your site, so that you know what areas of your site to improve. For example, a low percentage of visitors who purchase an item after adding it to the cart may mean that your shipping rates are high, or your checkout template is confusing.
Abandoned Cart Information
Check out your 'anti-sales' funnel, and see what products and categories are driving the most abandonment.
Other Facts
Jirafe provides deep analytics using a combination of methods (beacons, API calls, etc.) to ensure that your statistics will be accurate regardless of your payment provider, or whether you use AJAX for adding items to the cart.
Reports are compiled on Jirafe servers so that there is no decrease in your site performance.
Every week, new reports appear in your dashboard, without the need to upgrade the Jirafe extension!

Jirafe Analytics 80 80I get a 404 Error when i try to access the "Jirafe Analytics" tab in the Configurations page. How do I go about solving that... A great product! Keep up the good work guys... There is a serious lack of documentation for installing and using the extension 3. after 3 days, I'm still not sure how to get it to work.. August 13, 2012This extension is great. I always install it July 29, 2012I keep getting an extension not found, on various Magento sites I'm trying to install it on... July 26, 2012great extension.. really good. I have one issue though. The time zone is off about 12 hours though (the store is based in Australia) and therefore the reporting is not correct. July 9, 2012We've installed the analytics so far and love it. Thanks! Two questions that I cannot find an answer to in your FAQ. 1) Is there anyway to "block" or discredit IP addresses? We have several staff members who are on our site all day long as they speak with customers on the phone and perform test actions like test checkouts. This is skewing our data. 2) Are Manually entered orders (in the backend of Magento) just thrown in with the rest of the data? Is there anyway to segment this out? You can view the version of the installed Jirafe plugin by enabling System > Configuration > Jirafe > Enable Debug
