Dataflow Batch Import + Export Orders To CSV / XML
This is a true orders import / export extension, using this extension you can import/export all order data and related customer data. It will import/export all order data as well as related customer data (billing/shipping address), email address, and this works for registered customers or people who checkedout as guest. An example export is provided as well as a detailed PDF with install instructions and setup configuration. It also exports products ordered and product detail and it also imports orders to a customer that already exists in the DB or it will create a new one and automatically generate a password and email it to that customer. You can also specific your own password on import. And you can use custom order numbers. This is a ideal extension for doing data transfers from one magento install to another magento install.

Now we have our orders in place, thanks to this extension. Worth it! October 30, 2011This is a great extension and Scott is a stand-up guy. Highly recommended. October 8, 2011My installation has crashed. But I have got the order export csv file from the magento order export built in module. Will it work to import this file using this extension? July 18, 2011I just got through setting this up, now I can export all those guests emails! I had to turn up the allowed memory in my htaccess file. Scott responded super fast to all my emails and was very helpful! I recommend his products! June 16, 2011I got it to work, and it's working great. Just beware of the emails that are sent on order imports. I imported 3K orders from osCommerce, and all my clients received an email again... Although I can see in the order that the "client was not informed". It's very strange, but Magento is not informed of this. Maybe its unrelated to this module. Magento does crazy things. I would like to import orders from another system with email address as the key. Does your product support the import of these records?

i don't want an account created on the upload just all the relevant details filled in name, address products bought, vat to pay, order total reference numbers ect.
