We recently upgraded to 1.4.2 and have had some issues with f001 theme. at the moment our slider is not showing up correctly. and a couple of our images are gone. Everything worked great until the update. any chance you could let me know what we have done wrong with the slider? www.northstarsportsvt.com any help would be great. We love the theme and it has worked great for us until the recent update thanks February 1, 2011

Great template, but one major problem. I have a total of 12 categories which are displayed on 2 lines across the top. The last category on the first line is covered by the search box. The second line of categories is outside of the same box as the first line of categories (not a major issue, but more of an inconsistent look). I would assume you could replicate this by adding more categories to your demo site until you reach two lines of categories. Can this search box be moved to it's own line so it doesn't interfere with the categories? January 29, 2011

Default permissions are set to for apache user if using nginx or other server this extension will not work, you will manually have to place files in the right places January 28, 2011

This theme is working well on 1.42 however I would like to know how I add products to the "latest products" section underneath the slider on the home page, as shown above in your demo example? Currently this is empty. January 2, 2011

Hello I have this issue with Tier Pricing. I have setup my simple product and created a pricing tier. I have followed all tutorials on how to do this, seems quite obvious.. But now nothing shows up on the UI side when looking at the product page. there should be a box with the various tier prices showing. I am using the absolute template and versin 1.4.1 Otherwise everything else works great. Any Suggestions? Thanks. December 3, 2010

Great theme! I have one question however. We're having a problem with the layout in the category pages. The pagination works fine in grid view (9 per page) but there's a divider line every 4 items. November 12, 2010

Answer:

Log into your admin panel go to system/Magento connect/Magento Connect Manager

Then under Install New Extensions Paste extension key above to install:

Click return to admin (top right hand corner)

To activate theme click System/Design
Then Add Design Change then select your theme and apply (f001)

To change your design back to default don't click Add design change as you will get an error. Double click your theme name under the blue box :-)

After copying the files, I'm redirected to download magento

I have downloaded the theme. After I copy and paste the skin and app folder to my magento folder, and try to open admin, it redirects to /magento/downloader/. Am I doing something wrong?

I get "Invalid channel.xml file" everytime I try to install this theme (or any other theme for that matter. Using Magento Community v1.7
