it's rare that customer support operatives don't make you feel like you're talking to a brick wall. these guys are the exception. their support is incomprehensably fantastic. we installed v 18.104.22.168 of this extension into our 22.214.171.124 store, and upgraded to 1.7. it didn't work properly. their support team were all over this and did everything humanly possible to fix it for us (irrespective of the fact it was holding us up going live). we've not used the extension yet in a production environment yet, but our client is already more than happy with the features it provides. couple that with someone ready to reply at the end of a support desk should you need them, and you've got yourself a winner. literally, can't go wrong with these guys.
1st class. a+, a*, all these guys singing their praises here are speaking nothing but the truth. keep up the good work :)

Hi. I'm using ST for 1 year.The support is outstanding. Definitely. They today fixed issues with my Amasty module which generated conflicts with ST. Sid did the great job. Thanks for advance. My feature suggestion is to re-think if its possible to add two-way points adding - similar to affiliate extensions. And to add more customized rules for earning and spending. I sucessfully installed AITOC Loyalty Program which added new rules actions to Sweet Tooth out of the box. So now I can give points only to customers which membership is >12 months, or they spend >1000/months. Great if it somebody would add Customer Attributes as a Cart Rules to add the points. For example - customer is a man and has email with "john" prefix, so he can get 2x points etc. :)

We've been using SweetTooth platinum for a while and have been impressed with its' feature set and ease of use. Earlier today we had unusual cause to access their support system. Not only did they respond immediately, they resolved the issue within 40 minutes or so. A very professional and highly recommended organisation - more like them on Magento Connect would be highly welcome.

This is an amazing Extension and the support is PHENOMINAL!! I was having a few issues on the new server that I moved to and Kopila responded and fixed my issues within minutes... it was truly amazing! I have used other extensions with not so great support... Sweet Tooth support is First Class and I highly recommend the Sweet Tooth extension and their company. Thanks Sweet Tooth! :)

I definitely agree with DNSJimmiy. Its a great extension. Had a few smaller issues applying it to a custom made template, but the support team resolved it in notime. Only positive experience.

A fantastic extensions with many uses. Certainly the best of its' kind available for Magento. Installation is very simple and if you do have problems, the support team clear them up very quickly.

I have so far only been in contact with the pre-sales support as I am working on a magento store for a client. Prompt and accurate responses, gave me some insight in how the system works and had answers for nearly all of my questions (the only one they couldn't answer was a question for their tech guys).
I will definitely promote this system to my clients and I'm looking forward to all of the new features they have planned!
