An example of a customer action that can be rewarded: reviews. Customers can be given points for a review. Like all customer action rewards, these points can be issued in a “pending” status until the review is approved by an administrator, which will then automatically change the points to “approved.”

Reward your customers to bring their friends to your store. Each customer can be given a unique referral url and code. Customers can refer their friends by sharing their referral link on social media networks like Twitter or Facebook, sending their friends a direct email, or using their unique referral code. Sweettooth is awesome! Amazing product, integrates well with magento but what separates them from the pack is their customer service. These guys really go the extra mile to make sure u are taken of. There customer support agents take the time to explain things to make sure u get up and running. WOW!!! The people at sweet tooth are absolutely incredible. I am in no way a web coder so I needed help integrating some of the features into my custom template. I sent an email and within 30 minutes i got a reply asking me a few questions. Within an hour i was up and running! The program is running amazingly and my customers LOVE it!! HI there, I'm having problems with installation. I keep getting this error message "Exception during cache and session cleaning" and this "Please check the output frame for errors and refresh the page to retry changes". I have tried enabling and disabling compilation, but no joy. Any advice? November 26, 2012

Sweet Tooth support staff are AMAZING. They helped out on numerous issues trying to customize the extension for our highly customized theme. They worked back and forth with me getting a strange bug fixed that was only happening in chrome, and the issue ended up being a script that wasn't even theres that was interfering... but they worked through it and figured out the conflict - so helpful Customers are using and enjoying the rewards system so far! - really impressed!
