An example of a customer action that can be rewarded: reviews. Customers can be given points for a review. Just remembered another issue, and so had to share it. I found a real, live BUG in their software when I was testing. Not a huge one, but an annoying one on the admin side. been using this for a while, it's a pricey investment, but they've been great support in getting it running, and it has turned into one of the biggest differentiators as a company. Great extension. Great Support. Features of Sweet Tooth are mind-blowing as we all know but service is equally good. I installed Sweet Tooth in a custom theme and was facing some issues with Js and Css. WDCA stepped in and found all the issues and helped in solving all of them. We use Sweet Tooth and it has transformed our business. It's obvious when you think about it, a one cost to bring an unlimited number of customers back time after time?! Easy decision. You can see the system at work on any of our product pages: www.warehouse-aquatics.co.uk We actually decided to be quite generous with points, this guarantees we are the cheapest option for our customers and does so in a way that keeps suppliers happy - no more undercutting competitors by 50p on a product only to discover they have done the same next day... Of particular note is the rewards for customer behaviour rules. We give customers the equivalent of 30p per review which they love, and for us is SEO gold and helps conversion rates a great deal. Most of all though, it makes customers remember our site and keep coming back. I will conclude by saying that frankly we would pay triple what we have to keep this sort of functionality, it's not as if the money won't be returned whatever the cost of implementation. In the past we use the license to run the rewards system but we have completely transitioned into a SaaS system and have gone a long way since then. All the subscription plan packages comes with the same benefits and features of our old Platinum license, the only difference is the amount of transactions you can do per month. This new system provides more flexibility and will help gauge the effectiveness of your loyalty program. if you feel that it's not working well on your online business, then you're free to opt out of the subscription anytime.

We do offer a one time payment of your annual or two years subscription with a discount. Please visit the pricing page on our website and sign up and if you wished to talk to our eCommerce advisors to give you a better insight about the product, feel free to contact us directly by navigating to the "Get Help" section from this board.

Hello,
is possible to set different reward points for every product? For example:
- if buy product 1 at price 200 usd receive 10 points
- if buy product 2 at price 200 usd (same price product 1) receive 20 points
- if buy product 3 at price 250 usd receive 70 points

Yes! Sweet Tooth can create "point earning rules" based on any product or shopping cart attribute.

So to answer your question, you can set different reward amounts for each SKU (product). You could do the same for categories, or subtotals, or anything!

I am currently with Bigcommerce and using Sloyalty for rewards. I will be moving to Magento CE and looking at Sweet Tooth for rewards.

I can export my customer data and points from Bigcommerce in a spreadsheet or tab delimited text file. I need to know if this can be imported in to Sweet Tooth to assign to customer accounts that will be imported into Magento.

1.Is it possible to award sweet points worth the shipping value spend on last order?

2.Could this special amount of sweet points be set to expire after X days? (i currently run oscommerce, where part of my loyalty program is having custommers place orders every month)

1. If you have flat rate shipping, then this is definitely possible. All you would do is set the number of points to equal the cost of the flat rate shipping. If you have variable rate shipping, however,

2. With Sweet Tooth, you can definitely have points expire at set intervals. Out-of-the-box Sweet Tooth has templated emails that will remind customers of these expire and how long they are still valid for.

3. Special sets of rules can be set for different customer groups. Maybe one group is your most loyal customers and you want to extend a significant discount to them, or offer them free shipping on all orders.
