We have a very heavily edited Magento 1.4.2 version with loads of customisation, it took a lot of work to get Sweet Tooth working without conflicts. But the support really went out of their way to get this solved and running perfectly, and when I say out of their way i really mean it, it took a few month to sort it out and they where there all the way until we got the job done. Last week I bought this extension and was pleasantly surprised by its many features. There was just something that I wanted changed. Within minutes I had response from the support team asking for additional information. Less than an hour later, they had solved it for me and also discovered that another extension conflicted with Sweet Tooth. Along with a link to a wiki article how to fix this. After I had explained that I am not a programmer and not fully understood how I had to resolve this, they offered, although it was not their problem, to solve it for me. The SweetTooth support and integration team have been nothing less than exceptional when dealing with us. The extension is all it is advertised as, stable, versatile, feature-rich. Having rolled out the extension onto one store, we plan to roll it out across many more. Here are some more details of our experience: - Finding out about the extension is great as ST have an excellent WIKI on their site. - Pre sales communications were good, answering all remaining questions. - A sandbox is available to play in before you buy. - Purchasing on their site was easy. I selected the option to have ST team do the CSS customisation. - CSS customisation went well with good communications. - All good while we try the product in test environment. - After some site changes and moving to production, we broke a few things. ST team helped put it back together again. At no stage did ST not provide customer focussed information or facilities to make decisions, try, but and integrate. I have been waiting for some time to write a review of this great product. To be frank i had my concerns in purchasing this product at the cost, but i got to say purchasing this extension has been the best decision taken by us. Whats more, for the customizations we wanted there was the support team guiding us at every step possible. We ordered Sweet Tooth with installation. Amazing customer service. We had a conflict with an unrelated extension. The guys at WDCA were right there helping to get us up and running the very next day. Now both extensions are running happily together and our site is a rocking sales machine. They even spent the extra time needed to teach us how to make the fix. Way to spread the wealth! After our stellar experience with Sweet Tooth we went ahead and purchased Better Site Search as well. Rock solid! Reading the reviews, my comments and experience seem to be the norm and not the exception. My only regret is that they don't write all of the extensions I need. :-) Thanks Guys! In the past we use the license to run the rewards system but we have completely transitioned into a SaaS system and have gone a long way since then. All the subscription plan packages comes with the same benefits and features of our old Platinum license, the only difference is the amount of transactions you can do per month. This new system provides more flexibility and will help gauge the effectiveness of your loyalty program. if you feel that it's not working well on your online business, then you're free to opt out of the subscription anytime.

We do offer a one time payment of your annual or two years subscription with a discount. Hello,
is possible to set different reward points for every product? For example:
- if buy product 1 at price 200 usd receive 10 points
- if buy product 2 at price 200 usd (same price product 1) receive 20 points
- if buy product 3 at price 250 usd receive 70 points

Yes! Sweet Tooth can create "point earning rules" based on any product or shopping cart attribute.

So to answer your question, you can set different reward amounts for each SKU (product). You could do the same for categories, or subtotals, or anything!

I am currently with Bigcommerce and using Sloyalty for rewards. I will be moving to Magento CE and looking at Sweet Tooth for rewards.

I can export my customer data and points from Bigcommerce in a spreadsheet or tab delimited text file. I need to know if this can be imported in to Sweet Tooth to assign to customer accounts that will be imported into Magento.

1.Is it possible to award sweet points worth the shipping value spend on last order?

2.Could this special amount of sweet points be set to expire after X days? (i currently run oscommerce, where part of my loyalty program is having custommers place orders every month)

1. If you have flat rate shipping, then this is definitely possible. All you would do is set the number of points to equal the cost of the flat rate shipping. If you have variable rate shipping, however,

2. With Sweet Tooth, you can definitely have points expire at set intervals. Out-of-the-box Sweet Tooth has templated emails that will remind customers of these expire and how long they are still valid for.

3. Special sets of rules can be set for different customer groups. Maybe one group is your most loyal customers and you want to extend a significant discount to them, or offer them free shipping on all orders.
