I am extremely pleased with this extension (so excited to be rewarding my customers) and the company offering. They made me feel like I was first on their list through the whole process. They also made me feel like I was a big corporation. That is an awesome feeling for a small business owner!

You can reward your customers for just about everything. From sharing on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google & Pinterest), you can reward their shopping experiences too. I especially LOVE the referral rewarding. It is an affiliate program basically - but instead of having to keep money aside monthly to pay your affiliates - they earn points to redeem in your store.
Oh - and you can reward your customers on the release of the program in your store - by going in and transferring points into their accounts. I did that for the customers who signed up and purchased this year. I thought it would be a nice touch to start some of the customers out with points from the start.
I have had a good response so far from my customers. They like the concept and I think it will soon be known to others that I am offering this.
This is a big thing for my website to offer this because none of my competitors offer a reward point system! I like that!
Plus the cost isn't too bad - considering most magento extensions and maintenance can run into the thousands monthly. Their monthly payment program is ideal for the small business!

Great support
ST has quick, knowledgeable and friendly support. They've spent a lot of time debugging our website for something that turned out to be a server error and was resolved when we moved to a better server (and thus had nothing to do with their extension). We have lots of extension installed and we didn't have a conflict which is a normal thing on Magento website with many third-party extensions.

Best extension with best support
I bought this extension almost 2 years ago now and has been great to work with it. It's intuitive and it's great for conversion.
When 1 month ago changed my template and had some issue with the display of the points but the support team was HANDS DOWN the best one I've ever dealt with.
I've spoken to Roel, Lynn and Daisy, and all three always gave me the right support and answer for my issue, also going the extra mile.

Complex addition that worked out of the box
I install & administer Magento stores for clients as well as operating one for my own retail business. After looking at several of the rewards based systems out there I went with Sweet Tooth and I haven't regretted it. Yes it is a complex system but I think a good rewards system would be. The features are top notch and they are continually making the system better. They take suggestions and apply them to future releases.
I use the Ultimento theme which comes with Sweet Tooth integration built in. All I had to do was tweak some CSS to get things to look just right for my site.
My customers are using and liking the loyalty system and while it is early, I expect it will give me a leg up on my competition. Getting something for free is always good.
The combination of the Ultimento theme and the Sweet Tooth Loyalty extension has been, well, sweet! I highly recommend Sweet Tooth.

The best rewards extension... by far!
I was hesitant when signing up for Sweettooth due to the monthly cost, but it has totally been worth it! We've had a huge increase in our repeat customers.
In addition to that, their support is hands-down the best I've encountered in a long time. Keep it up Sweettooth!!

A total chaos
I'm quite surprised to see why this extension has so many good reviews. My guess is that they are written either by Sweet Tooth themselves, either by merchants who only see the functional aspect of it.
Let me give you a developper's perspective: I experienced this extension in 2 different companies, and I can tell these guys have managed to build a Magento extension that is even more complex than Magento itself. I believe there is not a single core file that is not overwritten by sweet tooth, and not one magento event that is not observed somewhere in sweet tooth. The result is :
- it's impossible to have a technical overview of what the extension does
- if you've been heavily customizing your shop and you install sweet tooth, the nightmare begins : you have conflicts between modules and btw templates from everywhere, and all the time you "saved" by not developping your own reward module, you lose it 2 or 3 times resolving those conflicts. And since sweet tooth automatically updates every 2 weeks, you can't adapt sweet tooth to your custom modules, you constantly have to adapt your custom modules to sweet tooth. All your PHP classes that inherited from Magento need to be redeclared to inherit from Sweet Tooth, and all your designs need to be readapted to sweet tooth layout. And when you think everything is fine again, 2 weeks later a new bug pops up from nowhere, you investigate 3 hours to finally find out it comes from a sweet tooth upgrade. And if one day you decide to get rid of sweet tooth, then you have to go down the same road again, but the other way around.
- but the worse is yet to come: performance. With all its observer methods, the stack trace doubles or triples. Sweet tooth creates new database tables that get very soon overly huge, and generates massive useless mysql queries. The outcome is that at every traffic peek, the website at my former company crashed. 2 times out of 3, sweet tooth was in cause... So then you need to perform a surgeon job to carefully remove "useless" parts of sweet tooth to minimize the chaos, but that never goes without generating new problems for Sweet tooth is one big whole that cant properly work without all of its parts.
So my conclusion is: there is no valid reason why a reward module should be so complicated and resource-consuming. Invest rather in time or money developping your own loyalty module, it will be profitable within 3 months. And at your next job interview, ask if the company uses sweet tooth. If they say yes, you run !
I would still finish by saying something nice: Enhanced Admin Product Grid, from the same developpers, is a very nice extension, although its bad rating.

Excellent Support!
The team at Sweet Tooth has been great helping us get our account set up. Installation was easy, and the account rep gave a great tutorial on how to implement the product. Their site also gives great instructional info/tutorials on how to set up the extension. We are really looking forward to see how this extension helps to grow our business!

The best bonus system out there
I hesitated to buy this extension earlier. Was not cheap at that time, but since we added in the point system working great! We've got new clients, existing ones love that we give them discounts.
The extension worked smoothly with our custom theme, and whenever i had questions the support team responded quickly.
Continous patches on the extension which improove the functionality and solve any upcoming issues. And you easily can upgrade without messing up your shop which is really useful.
One of the best investment we made. Highly recommend.
