The top ! Always satisfied with Ahead Works. Above being able to send mails for abandonned carts, you i can send mail on custom order status change. Support helped me after install cause i had a PHP limit problem. All was fine 3 hours after. July 11, 2014
Great product and better customer service I got this module for a few of the stores we manage at my office. It worked just how advertised. I had trouble with one of the installations though, but luckily for me the developer support was very responsive and gave me a quick turnaround (less than a day). Yes, the Follow Up Email can include the full list of the ordered products in the outgoing emails (not just the product name, but also product thumbnails, links to product page, etc)

The description can get a bit long on some products in the follow up email table. Which file would i need to edit and do you have any pointers to get this working. Thanks

Hello!

Unfortunately, our extension does not feature any built-in tool to truncate the product description in the emails.

However, as a workaround, you can replace Description with Short Description in the follow-ups. Basically, you will just need to use 'order_item.product.short_description' variable.

Unfortunately, the Follow Up Email extension currently does not track the page visits. I.e., it is not possible to trigger a rule by just visiting a product page.
