QuickBooks Integration (Pro, Premier, Enterprise)
Excellent extension, a must have.
There is no doubt that this extension has saved us hundreds of hours of bookkeeping, as well as increased the accuracy of our sales being posted to Quickbooks. The app is flexible and has a lot of customization available. Webgility also has a great development team that helps us integrate our custom gift card module, allowing us to import gift card sales and redemption, which is not a built in feature. Highly recommended!

Extension works great and keeps me organized. It supports all programs and sites necessary.
I would love to have the option to get the orders to automatically sync.

This product was a huge time-saver for us. Before we integrated this (and ECC Desktop) with our accounting software and online store, we were processing everything by hand. This took hours, was prone to errors, and was a pain.
The only critical feedback I have is that getting used to the nuances of setting up the system. ECC uses slightly different language than QB or Magento, so sometimes initial mapping is a pain.
I also want to say their tech team is awesome. In the 2-3 years since we started with ECC, I have probably only talked to a few different techs. They always solve the problem, and will even remote-in to fix tricky issues.

We have been using the desktop version for almost two years now and it works well. The inventory management is a huge plus for us. It also integrates will with stamps.com/ebay/quickbooks and UPS Worldship.
We use is on a two computer system. The only trouble we have with it is that it tends to get bogged down and crashes at least once a day. When it closes, we just restart it and we're back up and running. That is a little annoying, but isn't enough of a hassle for us to go looking for another solution.
We have never had trouble getting help on the phone from tech support. They always do a good job and fix the problem quickly.
Overall, this is a good solution for a small to medium eCommerce business.

The best QuickBooks sync available
We have set up a new online store with Magento and are still using Quickbooks for our accounting. Webgility has made the best solution for linking these two systems. Although there are some wrinkles to be ironed out, they seem to be constantly developing bug fixes and new features.
It seems they are also working to upgrade their support team, who I have had mixed results with. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get them to properly understand the problem, but when a bug or miscommunication is discovered, they will work hard and even develop custom code for you. (We are subscribed to their top plan and support package.)
Overall, although you may have to work around some imperfect sync issues and keep an eye on the sync, you won't find a better, more full-featured solution short of spending thousands on a custom solution.

Connect Magento Community to Hosted QB Premier
I purchased ECC Desktop from Webgility to download orders that I place in magento to quickbook. I have been using this for nearly 3 months now and have loaded well over 500 orders.
I host my quickbooks thru Right Networks and ECC is the only connector I know of that supports this type of hosted environment.
The download process is very simple and if there are any mis-matches or issues they are easily resolved. The technical support team has been helpful.
Areas for improvement include the overall performance of the load and ways to pre-screen for data anomolies so issues are resolved before loading and being rejected.
I also would like to have ECC Desktop sort QB data. Today I rely on an application to sort my orders and invoices by sku.

Wegiltiy/Magento Plug In
This is a great plug-in. Webgility is also very helpful whenever we run into a snag between the three components - Webgility, Magento and Quickbooks. We are extremely satisfied with their customer service and response time for issues we have come up.

ECC keeps down manpower
Great automatic sync with QB Enterprise. Inventory cash flow sales tax flow smoothly and automated shipping as well.
Great support team. we are still ironing out some issues but once it's done it will enable our shipping process to be run by ONE person.

Used for a year with Many issues
We have been using ECC for nearly a year and it's been a huge hassle. While customer support is responsive to requests, they don't always diagnose issues correctly, and they often drop the ball. Basically, all the automated functionality has completely disappeared from our software. We have been back and forth with support for several months and they continue to misdiagnose and fail to resolve the issue.
This isn't the first problem we've had. About six months ago we had issues with our sync not working correctly and that issue took nearly 3 months to resolve.
The software is completely unintuitive and confusing and there are updates nearly every couple months. The upgrade installation instructions for upgrading are vague and often caused issues that required support. And that usually took a week or two to resolve.
Also, they describe that ECC has the ability to sync quantities with eBay, but that is not entirely true. Once a quantity on eBay reaches one, it cannot sync a product to zero and/or remove product from eBay...that you have to do manually.
Overall, one of the most disappointing pieces of software we've ever used. Unfortunately we had to let this go. We will be seeking other software sync integrations. I highly recommend you search for an alternative solution.
