April 9, 2013OneStepCheckout vs MatrixRate As long as we used this extension in combination with the OneStepCheckout extension (www.onestepcheckout.com) it worked as we expected it. Thank you so far, great job! Now we added new countries and want to calculate the shipping with this extension. OneStepCheckOut does not get a grip on the shipping costs when the country is changed during the checkout and displays and calculates no shipping costs. I think, the problem is with the OSC... but perhaps someone here experienced the same and has a solution. One thing is in Magento Go there is no feature to give different description for different weight range.
Here is my scenario-----We sell flowers and gifts
For Flowers there is a flat rate "Delivery Rate" of 9.99
but for Gifts we have rates for "3 Days Shipping" and "Overnight Shipping" with different rates.

Very nice extension.Just wanna know one more thing.I wanna make 2 shipping rates one for all states of USA and another for all countries?
Currently the I have set $20 for USA and $50 for international shipping.But when i check on the magento shipping and text calculator the USA states also show $50.Can you please tell me how to fix this ..
