neddev Magento mobile theme 9 9Excellent Support I initially purchased this extension with the intent of installing it myself. The installation was very simple, but due to some customization that had been done to my store, the extension as-is didn't look great. I contacted the developer about customizing the extension for my store and within just a few hours my customized mobile site was up and running. It looks and works great. I had a few questions following the installation and I received answers very quickly. The support exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this extension. April 11, 2013Great Extension & Exellent Service The installation was clear and easy to follow. We were able to install within minutes. Everything worked as described. Out of the box, it was a very good mobile theme and we could use it as-is. Having read other reviews, we decided to ask the developer to do some customizations for us. The developer gave us a reasonable quote and was very pleasant to communicate with. Within the time frame, it was done and the developer asked to check it. Our website is now mobile ready! April 10, 2013A great alternative to the iPhone theme This theme is most definitely worth the money. Yes the theme is greatly needed and is excellent, the service received by neddev is simply second to none. The package i opted for was the 'Install' package plus adding our Logo. They installed at an agreeable time and informed me when complete. I have full confidence in this product, more so because their customer service is very good. If you are looking for an alternative to the iPhone theme and want it up and running as quickly as possible, I'd suggest Neddev's mobile theme. Looking forward to the other themes they develop. We needed to change a few snippets of code and when we got stuck the support was comprehensive and instant - I would recommend this for anyone wanting a functionally adept & visually pleasing mobile extension - for only 20 Euro its an amazing bargain as well :) We have used mobile extensions that cost 5 times this amount and have been no where near as good.
