INSIDE - See, Chat & Convert (Default Checkout) 5 5Wow. This blew me away! This extension makes all the other other Analytics and Live Chat programs obsolete. I couldn't believe my eyes when we got this extension working for the first time. We can finally "see" our customers walking around the web store which has provided us massive benefits in terms of understanding our customers. Since installing this we have more than tripled our conversion rate as we now have a tool to up-sell customers when they get to the check out and a tool to help customers with questions about shipping or stock availability. Inside is must have for any website and more than any other tool has actually proven to bring the highest ROI. We are a medium/low end Apparel chain and now have 4 operators on inside covering for around 15 hrs of the day. Training them on how to use inside was a piece of cake as the interface feels so natural and intuitive compared with other chat programs or analytics tools we tried earlier. Try it, you won't be disappointed. April 22, 2013Wow. This blew me away! Inside makes every other analytics and chat program second rate. I could not believe what I had been missing all these years since starting my Apparel business online. For the first time I can actually "see" my customers browsing my store as if it was my actual real physical store. This immensely helps when trying to give customer service and to help up-sell customers at the check out.
