Rated 0 out of 5 by kevin4 Man this process is not simple. I managed to install the extension but the data feeds are not being generated. I read about two cron jobs that need to be running, and I had one manually set up but can't find details about this second cron job. All other tasks are completed, but I don't even see the order cancelation and order shipment data feed documents in Magento. A step by step for manually setting up those cron jobs and getting those files generated would be really helpful.

Also, Is there a way to specify UPS or USPS instead of OTHER?

Rated 0 out of 5 by felipetorres Greetings. Installed the extension on Magento Community 184.108.40.206 and on a restricted profile when we select the menu option Sales > Orders we get the following error
Fatal error: Call to a member function setAdditionalActionBlock() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/<site>.com/httpdocs/app/code/core/Mage/GoogleTrustedStore/Model/Observer.php on line 163
Any suggestions to fix this error?

Rated 0 out of 5 by luisvalencia I already managed to see the cronjobs using a magento extension, I was able to test the validation code, it doesnt show errors, just warnings, but this is because of the implementation of the extension didnt include those values when rendering the HTML.
I can generated the feeds manually using the extension, and upload them, both jobs work fine. However they are not being generated automatically as it should do. I have no idea how to resolve that.

Rated 0 out of 5 by kevando This extension looks great, but I installed it manually and noticed the phtml code was added to the base and the php files were added to the core. Why was this done?
Am I to assumed this will become part of the next Magento release?

Rated 0 out of 5 by msport7 This is a great extension! Installation was smooth, and the guide that is posted clearly outlines all the necessary steps. With a bit of outstanding tech support from the Google staff (mainly cron/feed generation questions), we were up and running and all is working properly. Installed in Magento version 220.127.116.11.
Thanks so much for a great extension!

Rated 0 out of 5 by fmckinnon Seems to have worked like a charm on install - have passed all tests and applied. (I'd already tried doing this manually, and as a result, had the code manually in my header and success page, which I had to remove, since the extension apparently handles the code addition automatically).
After installing and doing a few test orders, I'm not seeing any files in my Google FTP account, and my cancel and ship files in Google Merchant Center haven't updated since the last manual uploads I did weeks ago. How long does it take b4 the extension submits shipment/cancel feeds?
I assume it's submitted via cron?
