Retain Customers with MailChimp / eCommerce 360 Integration by Windsor Circle
Works extremely well.
I am extremely happy with this application. The support from the company has been great, and I'm able to segment and target my list extremely well. It works as described and very easy. Really, a no-brainer, and not quite sure why I didn't implement this sooner.

This is an excellent add on to Magento. We are able to highly target our customer list and send specific emails. I highly recommend MailChimp.

Windsor Circle is simply great
The Windsor Circle extension was super easy to install and we were able to launch campaigns immediately.
All of our targeted campaigns with this tool have been incredibly successful. We've targeted purchasers who meet certain criteria to get a post-purchase survey. We've also done autoresponders that remind people to purchase based on the purchase cycle of particular items. Additionally the lapsed purchaser blast we did when we first started using Windsor Circle was a great success.
The Windsor team is accessible and helpful. I love that they are based in the U.S. The previous re-marketing extension we tried was from an off shore company. Our developer wasted time trying to install it and it never worked.

Windsor Circle is a must-have for online retailers. More comprehensive contact data from Magento enables smarter segmentation in MailChimp...which enables more revenue! Highly recommend this extension.

We have been using Windsor Circle now for about half a year and we can only report back, that its absolutely amazing! If you thought you could do some cool segmentation with just MailChimp, then just wait til you try Windsor Circle - It will blow your mind!
Today we use this MailChimp and Mangeto integration for both regular campaigns, autoresponders and much more. There is no end to what you can do with the data provided by WC. As an example, we where able to successfully run a campaign, that targeted old customers, who hadn't bought anything in the past six moths, who where previously big spenders and bought from specific categories. We targeted them, sent them three emails and looked at the orders rolling in. That campaign is now turned into a autoresponder, so we never will loose track of old customers again!
