While it looks great out of the box, SneakPeek has been designed from the ground up for customization and flexibility. Styling the popup is as easy as overriding the CSS, and a new product view template is provided for controlling content.

- Intent recognition - SneakPeek doesn't display a popup immediately after a user hovers over a product, instead, it waits a short period to determine intent. Often called 'hover intent'
- Ajax powered - details are fetched as soon as a user hovers over a product, so info is available as soon as possible (no waiting until the popup appears, and then firing the ajax request, which leads to a sluggish experience)
- Customizable styles - simply override the default CSS
- Cross platform - works on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and IE 7+
- Gracefully degrades - uses CSS 3 for advanced effects, yet maintains an attractive appearance on older browsers
