Fix Export functionality, only customers with status "subscribed" are exported now. Increase the limit of customers for exports from 200 to 1000 per hour Fix bug in unsubscribe customers. Send email confirmation in double opt-in is not used. Improve the save configuration proccess, add warnings, remove blank messages, improve the auto save webhooks in MailChimp. Fix force subscription on checkout when use a payment method wich redirects to a payment page like PayPal Express Checkout. Add new help links in the configuration ("What's MailChimp my IP Key?" and "How to segment your list based on your customers purchase activity"). Don't display additional lists newsletter block on checkout when there are no additional lists selected

Fantastic Support I was having major problems installing this Extension so I posted on the Support Forum. Great extension from eBizMarts yet again Had a couple of problems with the install due to a conflict with SMTP Pro but the team quickly and diligently assisted in determining the cause and implementing the fix. A most useful extension Having the newsletter lists synchronized between Magento and MailChimp makes working with campaigns so much easier. Feeding eCommerce360 data directly from Magento, with purchase orderr histroy, makes MC campaigns more targeted and profitable. very good support hi, the extension works very good on magento 1.7.0.2, however I move the site to new server, and an error appeared, i sent by mail a request for help, which was replied the same day, and the answer for the problem came next day, which i considered very fast because of the time zone difference. All in all, the extension works good, usually no problem , but if there is one, you can count on these guys. March 19, 2013

with this integration to Magento, can a user edit his subscription profile directly from his magento account dashboard?
for example change his groups or edit his email or any other fields he filled in?

we installed the extension and we dont see option for the user to update his subscription profile directly from his magento account dashboard, is there a print screen i can see?

we also want to add a newsletter subscription form on our site with the embedded code from Mailchimp is that something we can do with this extension?

Hi Mon,

Yes, with this integration users can edit their profile and we automatically update this information on MailChimp.
They can edit email, firstname, lastname, groups and more info.

Hi,

I just upgraded the extension to the latest version 1.1.0 and somehow, the abandon cart feature is causing my frontend to load a blank page. However, the backend is okay.

After disabling the abandon cart feature manually via "false" in /app/etc/module, I am then able to access the frontend again.

Was wondering if anyone has the same experience?

Also you can't upgrade from Magento Connect if you installed the extension manually before

I suggest you upgrade your Magento and install this extension. MailChimp Sync - Official, Full MailChimp Integration extension it's too old and we have deprecated and don't offer more support

Hi Maura,

you have more than one subscription form, you have the subscription in the footer which just have the field email, then you have one in My Account -> Newsletter Subscriptions also in the sign up form you can subscribe and also in the checkout.

Hi Electric Bike,

Yes you can, you just have to click on the "Email Templates" link. Event the Mandrill block it's there when you roll over the "Email Templates" link you can still accessing to this section.

Hi

I just recently managed to install your extension. I love the reviews, and I was looking forward to using it on my store.

I stumbled upon 404 error when I wanted to configure the details when I go to settings --> configuration --> Mailchimp.

Hi Noruyo,

You have to remove the Magento cache.
Logout from the admin and login again, after it you shouldn't see the error anymore

Hi,

When I updated the extension and began the abandoned cart support the extension stopped sending the emails and when I disable Abandoned Cart extension I the extension started to send the emails the right way.

Is there something you know about this problem? Could you help me?

Check in our forum, we have a few posts about this incomaptibility. But it's not with the Abandoned Cart module it's with the Mandrill module.
You have to do a few edits in a file
