Hands down the most useful extension in my store (and I have a LOT of them). Works perfectly and most importantly it MAKES ME MONEY EVERY DAY!

This Extension is a MUST HAVE for every store.
Let's face it, we are all looking for a better and more efficient way to connect with our customers. This extension does just that... and it's FREE!!!
The ebizmarts team is world class. I had a small issue trying to install this on my local server (my fault completely) and their team replied almost instantly and was able to help me solve the issue very quickly. THEY ARE AWESOME!

Best extention for MailChimp
If you think to send your newsletters via MailChimp - this is the best extention for doing that. The module comes with MageMonkey (MailChimp), Mandrill, Autoresponders and Abandoned Cart. You can activate the extentions for your needs. We use only MageMonkey for sending subscribers to MailChimp and it works great. At least I want to thank Martin from ebizmarts for great and fast support.

All you need for emails.
Thanks team mail chimp/magento/ebizmarts - grat irk to come up with this well-integrated system.
The whole mandrillapp login alone is worth the ... 0.00 price! Being able to quickly see the content of emails that were sent is a great thing.

Just what we need
I think just about every one of our clients is at least using the Mandrill part of this extension, if not the Mailchimp integration as well.
We're totally reliant on it and Ebizmarts are always quick to respond to support request and are always very helpful - going the extra yards when needed.
Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic Ext and Support
This extension is great, easy to setup and the support is fantastic.
I ran into an issue I thought was related to the ext, instead it was Magento 1.8 and they helped me trouble shoot it and figure out why the update changed the way something was working for me. Just great.

We absolutely love this extension. Great integration with MailChimp and the Mandril tools are giving us the ability to send abandoned cart and follow-up emails very easily.
Finally, a good MailChimp integration extension.

When attempting to install this extension on Magento CE 1.8.1 through MagentoConnect 2.0. I would get an error:
CONNECT ERROR: Failed to open file /home/ ... /downloader/.cache/community/Ebizmarts_MageMonkey-1.1.20/app/design/adminhtml/default/default/template/ebizmarts/autoresponder/system/config/review/fieldset/
...seemed to be that the filenames were getting chopped off and directories were incomplete when Magento Installer tried to unpack the downloaded .tgz file. I knew this because I looked at the unpacked files and many of them had incomplete filenames. For example, helper.phtml would only be written as helper.ph
Possibly the full path name of the file was longer than the text string allocated to contain filenames.. and it would get chopped.
JUST TO BE NICE:
I used this extension on a different Magento system and it worked fantastic. But this bad review will do more good than harm because it will prompt someone at either Magento or MailChimp to get out there and fix this install problem. Or at least come up with an answer to why it is happening for multiple people.
I gave my entire Magento directory recursive 777 permissions to resolve the issue with no results.
I also manually upacked the .tgz file inside the .../downloader/.cache/community/... directory so the correct files were available... and the files were there but this still didn't help.
I ended up having to manually copy the .tgz file's directory contents into the Magento directories. After doing that, it was clear sailing and it worked as soon as I went to my Magento Admin. It wasn't very hard at all once I figured out what to do... but it did take a lot of extra time. The issue is that I shouldn't have to do that on an extension that is supposed to go in cleanly when using the installer.
