Having it as a cloud based software was great, we can access it from anywhere and installation was very simple. May 1, 2013Amazing/Sensational/Wonderful/Spectacular I can't say enough good things about ShipStation or how it's revolutionized our business. We sell in 6 Amazons, 3 eBays, Sears, 6 proprietary websites, 2 eCraters, and we're expanding to 11 more platforms in the next 6 months. We also have warehouses in the US, EU and AU. We were going crazy managing orders from these different systems, logging in and out of dozens of interfaces multiple times a day and assigning orders to their proper fulfiller within our system. Our shipping manager said he was going to quit if we didn't solve the problem. ShipStation solved 100% of our challenges in the shipping department and then, naturally and by default, streamlined and perfected scores of other little problems we were having in terms of communication between our Customer Service and Fulfilment Departments, holding orders, providing return shipping labels, tracking returns and exchanges and so much more. It even allowed us to test something new with one of our stores whose daily orders have quadrupeled. Without Shipstation, we wouldn't have experimented and good lord has it been worth it. I can't say enough good things. It's the new standard by which we evaluate other cloud based services. Oh, and the shipping integrations it uses actually end up saving us more money every month than the program costs. It was effectively free. We're floored, needless to say.
