This extension comes with an administration area to add, edit and delete custom messages. These messages are then accessible through a dropdown by the order comments field on the order detail view. This gives you a process to quickly respond to customer orders, save and deploy repetitive custom responses to customers, and can also be used strictly for internal use of comment orders.
New in 1.1.0! Now you can see which admin user left the comment, for easier lookup of the order history data. The admin user's full name is displayed directly underneath the comment for all new comments going forward.
