Bulk Import + Export URL REWRITES
This module allows you to import and export your magento URL Rewrites data as well as accepting a very basic CSV "old_url","new_url" for anyone trying to manage there 301 permanent redirects. See Screenshot of example import_bulk_url_rewrites_simple.csv for a more details on simple imports and this extension also supports import/export of all magento URL rewrite data such as (store_id,category_id,product_id,is_system,options etc). This extension will import/export data in CSV format or Excel Workbook Sheet (standard XLS).

But bottom line is this thing WORKED PERFECT!!! I've spent HOURS (appx 14 hours to be exact since I track my time) fighting a weird redirect issue in magento. This solved it in 1.5 hours total.
