Blast Lucene Search - improved magento search results 58 58Great Extension and GREAT support I bought and installed the extension and it improves the Magento search results by 1000 times. The products you expect to come up are actually the ones that appear in the search results. Installation was a breeze. Almost as good as the extension is the support. I had a problem with another extension, but it wasn't clear what was causing the problem. Php4u support helped me figure out what was going wrong and it wasn't even being caused by their extension! It doesn't get more dedicated than that. I have a second site and am about to buy the extension again for the other site since it is performing so well. April 29, 2013Great support Hi, We were installing this extension on Magento CE 1.7 today. Something went wrong and we cannot make it work for some reason so we had to ask the developer for help. He spent at least 2 hrs with us, but made it work! The extension itself is very good - we've been using it for more than a year already. Much easier than to set up solr with similar results :) April 5, 2013Great support We requested an additional new testing domain license and it was send to us within an hour. The next morning our client told us we got the domain wrong! So we requested support to have the license changed. They just gave us a new license without any questions within a few hours. I'm not used to encoded modules, but if support is this fast. It's not a real problem. March 12, 2013Ricerca di base magento migliorata e sviluppatori disponibili L'estensione fa abbastanza bene quello che dice, è ben configurabile da backend e, anche se il prezzo è un po' alto devo dire che riesce a migliorare la ricerca di base di magento, che oggettivamente non funziona in modo decente. NOTA: non aspettatevi che per una manciata di euro il sito diventi google! Però il miglioramento c'è! Gli sviluppatori sono rapidi nel generare le licenze e disponibili a sconti per licenze aggiuntive su installazioni multidominio. Anche il supporto tecnico per problemi di funzionamento e aggiornamento estensione è buono. March 6, 2013Fills a void from Magento Been using this module for over a year and it has filled the search void that is in Magento allowing better results and an easier experience for our customers. Stock search would return many false positives and results but with the module we get a better accuracy for searching by sku, title, etc. Worth the money.. Installation is easy and customer service is also prompt. Most customers won't browse through your site if they know what they want, so proper search results are necessary. The reply times to tickets is very fast, about 5-6 hours and the solutions provided always prove to be the correct ones. February 25, 2013Excellent product with excellent support! We had a problem with slashes and search results. Within a couple of days we received an updated version of the extension.
