Returns an error after changing shipping origin

It always returns an error after changing shipping origin from 'United States California' to 'United Arab Emirates Dubai', The error message is "We couldn't calculate the price, please make sure that both city and zip code are correct"

Any guess, what went wrong here????

Aramex extension - Aramex Shipping Rate - showing error

I have added Aramex extension “Aramex Shipping Rate” from URL (http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/aramex-shipping-rate-8106.html).

I configured the Shipping Origin to “United Arab Emirates Dubai”, and its is showing error “ We couldn’t calculate the price, please make sure that both city and zip code are correct. “

Can anyone please help me to resolve this!!!
