Advanced Contact Form
Advanced Contact Form extension is a Magento module which allows you to customize the Contact Us form of your store by adding fields such as text areas, radio buttons, checkboxes, date fields etc. It is intuitive to use both for custportunity to gather as much information about you customers as you need without having to edit Magento omer and administrator. The module gives you an optemplates yourself. When a customer wants to contact you he needs to fill the required fields and an email is sent to you with the information.

- Easy field creation from backend
Having logged in as an administrator you can easily create as many fields of as many types you want your customers to fill.- Required fields
You can specify whether the created field is mandatory for the customer. If it is, the customer cannot submit the form without filling this specific field.- Eight types of fields
There are eight type of fields you can choose from – Text Field, Text Area, File, Drop Down, Checkbox, Multiple Select, Radio Button, Date, Date & Time and Time.- Attributes for types
- For Text Field and Text Area you can specify the maximum number of characters and you can choose validation for the field – if it is an email.
- For File you can specify the allowed file extensions, which by default are pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx and the maximum file size, which by default is 10 MB.
- For Drop Down, Checkbox, Multiple Select and Radio Button you can specify as much options as you want and you can sort them by the field Sort Order.
- Time and Date Configuration
You can specify what formats for date and time to be used – 12-hour or 24-hour. This is done from module’s configuration.- JavaScript Calendar
You can specify whether a JavaScript calendar to be shown as a date field. If you don’t use JavaScript calendar, drop down fields will be rendered.- Email Configuration
From backend you can specify the receiver’s email, the sender’s email and a custom template.- Advanced Contact Email Template
The template can be customized according to your needs via Transactional Emails Magento feature.
