BlockThatProxy
This extension integrates the anti-fraud system from BlockThatProxy.
With a few clicks, and a free account from www.blockthatproxy.com you can setup the system to scan all customers during checkout. If the customer uses a proxy or blacklisted IP, you automatically receive an email warning including the order number, a link to verify the buyers address and a calculated distance between the user entered shipping address and the address the users IP belongs to (found using our global database).
The user can be automatically redirected to any page you decide, so you can e.g. create a page and ask them to contact you to confirm their order. In this way you are sure not to process a fraudulent order. Orders detected as possible fraud are automatically set as "possible fraud" in Magento, so you can confirm the order manually before processing and shipping it.
It is possible to whitelist or blacklist any IP's you want.
To get started you only need a www.blockthatproxy.com subscription, which is available free for 3 months. After registration, get the licens (HASH) key from your members area and add it to the extension settings in Magento Admin (Systems - Configuration - BlockThatProxy Settings).

How to install this extension
1. Get the extension key on this page.
2. Login to your admin section and go to: System - Magento Connect - Magento Connect Manager.
3. Paste the extension key and install the extension.
4. Go back to admin, and refresh the cache at: System - Cache Management
5. Logout / login to admin section and the BlockThatProxy tab is visible.
6. Go to BlockThatProxy and fill in the form, click save and its running.
