Tweakmag Product Redirector
Redirects the user automatically to a Product if the following conditions are met: 1. There is only 1 active product in the category. 2. The category does not have any actiev sub-categories. 3. The category does not have additional information to display - ie. there is no category 'description' or a 'cms block' to display. This extension will work with any theme. We developed this extension after discovering that the only other extension that provided this functionality did not do any checks on the category itself. Tweakmag Product Redirector 11 11Hi I wanted to use this with 1.7.2 but when I went to install it the zip failed to install I went to the downloader section and the tar is damaged. :/ October 18, 2012It works fine in Magento 1.6.2.0. The only drawback I noticed is that the product page takes twice as long to load, since the plugin uses setRedirect() to forward you to the product page. Maybe anybody knows an alternative solution?
