Customer Universal Password
You may have to log as one of your customer on your website for many reasons: - place an order with a bundle product - check customer setttings - check why customer doesn't understand what you're telling - ... However, for security reasons, Magento does not display customer password in the backoffice so the only way is to change customer password... not a good idea Hopefully, here is the solution : Once this extension is installed using Magento Connect, a new section named "Universal password" appears in system > configuration > customer. In this section, you can set a universal customer password. Then, go to your front website, in account login form, fill any customer address and use your universal password to login as any customer. THis password will work with every customer registered on your website.Need more information ?
