If you are using Magento below 1.4.1 - please install version 1.0.4 of this extension. Available under the releases tab.
Use the order number as invoice, shipment and creditmemo number. By default Magento keeps separate counts for order and invoice numbers. This extension ensures that when an invoice, shipment or creditmemo is created it uses the related order number. Magento API Users: Looking at the Magento API documentation this extension could lead to an incompatibility (the API uses the incremental_id instead of the internal unique entity_id to retrieve data). Starting from version 2.0.0 you should use the option System > Configuration > Sales > Order Numbers > Prevent Duplicates=Yes. Additional support can be obtained through our website
