Features* Charge more or less based on chosen payment method. You could use this to pass on the paypal fees to your customers.
* Charge more or less for credit card payments. This can be activated per type of credit card and could for example be used to create an AMEX Surcharge. This features requires that you have a payment solution where customers enter the credit card details on your site.
* Charge more (or less) based on the customer's group. With Magento's built-in shopping cart rules you can only give discounts. This extension allows you to charge a customer group more.
* Enforce a minimum order amount by adding an extra fee to small orders.
* Charge a small order fee by adding a configurable amount to orders below a minimum amount.
* For all options you can easily change their description from the Magento back-end and they will show up in all places where order totals are displayed.
