I have memory 512 Mb & max_execution_time 600. The categories do duplicate but you can't get rid of any cache on front end no matter how many times you clear every cache possible. I can't pin point it but I have all the problem only with the categories that have been duplicated. I make changes to product like name, descriptions or Page Layout or whatever and nothing updates on front end! In the back end you see the change but nothing on front end. Its driving me nuts!

On 1.4.1.1 This module do a category data break ! All category source and duplicated was innaccessible trought product page... You need to affect product on Top Category page... The time what you won on duplicate you lost it two times when you need to make product association... For the moment Amasty said only : Could you refund me? But can't solve the BUG... Please HELP me !!

I thought I would go crazy when I tried to duplicate the catigories from my old store to the new one. Great module! It helped me not to die from doing "copy-paste" actions. Working excellent after I installed it, get's an A!

Wow has this extension save us some time. Don't know how we could have operated without it. Not working, it will duplicate categories, with products, but even though all of them are active in the backend no products are showing on the website. Besides that the links to the newly duplicated category's do not have the SEO friendly links but will instead show www.yourwebsite.com/catalog/category/view/s/your-category/id/yourproductid.
I am going to ask for a refund, I do not see how this is going to work.
Magento 1.6.2 by the way.

This module hasn't worked as well I was hoping it would. Shame as it cost us £50. (I should point out before I continue that our website has 26,000+ products on it)
Firstly, it almost always crashes to a 500 page and duplicates the category underneath its current position rather than where I want it to
2ndly it cannot handle sub categories (I have had to duplicate each individual sub category)
And finally, I was hoping that if you copy the product relations, ANY product that is added to a category in the future will automatically duplicate in the other category, but unfortunately it doesnt.
I'm not writing this to badmouth the developer, I just want to warn anyone considering this module for a large website

I purchased this extension about 3 weeks ago and have not been able to get it work properly. Amasty even sent us a upgrade because they said it was causing some issue but we've still not been able to get it to work properly.
I have duplicated 2 categories and it's subcategories and they are not working right. The duplicated categories in the backend are not showing the subcategories when you trying to add an item into the subcategory. BUT, on the main website and the manage category section they do show the subcategories.
I've sent Amasty several emails the last few days without a reply back but that may be because they are on vacation due to the Christmas/ New Years season.
Hopefully Amasty will help us resolve this issue as it seems to be a pretty useful extension.
