How to Place an Order on Hold
If the customer's preferred method of payment is not available, or if the item is temporarily out of stock, you can put the order on hold.
To put an order on hold:
- In the Admin Panel, select Sales > Orders
- Select a Pending Order that you would like to place on hold by clicking the View button on its respective row.
- Click [Hold] to place the order on hold.
NOTE: To place an order to Unhold, follow the steps above and select the Unhold button instead.
